It acts as a bridge between philanthropic and investment capital, allowing a portion of the investment to be converted into a grant if pre-agreed social impact goals are achieved. These are innovative financial instruments based on the \u201cpay for success\u201d model, designed to enable access to educational programs for deserving students. According to ISTAT 2020 data, this ecosystem in the three regions includes approximately 43,000 organizations and employs around 97,000
