Through \u201cBussola Finanziaria,\u201d Fondazione Cariplo invests in students\u2019 future to reduce inequalities and promote economic awareness.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">________<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"591\">In a country where economic and financial skills still represent a significant area of vulnerability for young people, <strong data-start=\"119\" data-end=\"141\">Fondazione Cariplo<\/strong> is launching \u201cBussola Finanziaria,\u201d an ambitious project dedicated to <strong>36 Vocational Institutes<\/strong> across <strong>12 provinces<\/strong> within its reference territory. The initiative <strong>aims to strengthen the financial literacy<\/strong> of<strong> more than 2,000 students<\/strong> through <strong>workshops, educational activities, and innovative training pathways<\/strong> designed to bring young people closer to economic topics and the responsible management of resources, while improving their financial skills.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"593\" data-end=\"925\">The project includes a total of <strong>1,600 hours of training<\/strong> delivered over the <strong>2025\/2026 and 2026\/2027 school years<\/strong>. Its goal is to provide students with practical tools and competencies to understand the value of money, plan their financial decisions, and develop the essential skills needed to build autonomy and long-term well-being.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"927\" data-end=\"1335\">The challenge is significant. According to the latest <strong>OCSE PISA Report<\/strong>, nearly o<strong>ne in five students<\/strong> in Italy does not reach the minimum level of financial literacy \u2014 a figure <strong>accompanied by substantial gender and socio-economic disparities<\/strong>. In vocational schools in particular,<strong> half of students<\/strong> demonstrate significant gaps in understanding basic concepts related to money, savings, and financial management.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1337\" data-end=\"1650\">Through \u201cBussola Finanziaria,\u201d Fondazione Cariplo seeks to address these issues concretely by<strong> supporting vocational schools in introducing financial education<\/strong>, as provided for by <strong>Law No. 21\/2024 (\u201cCapital Law\u201d) and the Guidelines for the cross-curricular teaching of civic education (Ministerial Decree 183\/2024)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1652\" data-end=\"2347\">The project benefits from the collaboration of qualified partners in school-based financial education \u2014 <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.eqwa.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">eQwa Impresa Sociale<\/a><\/strong> and <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.feduf.it\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fondazione per l\u2019Educazione Finanziaria<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 which will implement educational pathways designed to make learning practical, engaging, and measurable. The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionesocialventuregda.it\/en\/evaluation-lab\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Evaluation Lab<\/strong><\/a> of <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.fondazionesocialventuregda.it\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell\u2019Amore<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 specialized in strategic planning, social impact evaluation, and advisory and capacity-building activities for companies, funds, and Third Sector organizations \u2014 will oversee the assessment of the project\u2019s effectiveness and its impact on students\u2019 knowledge and skills, with the aim of identifying replicable tools and disseminating best practices.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"2349\" data-end=\"2460\">According to<strong> Francesco Lorenzetti, Director of the Finance and Sustainability Are<\/strong>a and promoter of the project: <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">\u201c<em>With Bussola Finanziaria, the first initiative expressly dedicated to financial education, Fondazione Cariplo reaffirms its commitment <strong>to promoting economic inclusion and the development of fundamental life skills for citizens<\/strong>.
