Impact4
An innovative intervention model, born from the synergy between Fondazione Social Venture Giordano Dell’Amore and Fondazione Cariplo, which expands the offer of patient capital addressed to companies operating in specific sectors.
The investment programs promoted under the "Impact4" model allow FSVGDA to:
to invest - in a “grant to equity” logic - part of the philanthropic resources disbursed by Fondazione Cariplo, directing them towards specific targets (eg start-ups), sometimes excluded from the grants allocated by traditional tenders;
capitalize on initiatives operating in specific impact areas and in conditions of supervening fragility (think of companies severely debilitated by the socio-economic effects generated by the pandemic);
maximize the additional social impact of the initiatives in the portfolio, measuring their effects and negative externalities;
remunerate - or at least preserve - the invested capital over a medium-long timescale.
Impact4art
An impact investing fund supported by the philanthropic resources of the Arts and Culture Area of Fondazione Cariplo, designed to foster the growth and development of the most promising impact-driven organizations operating in the creative sector. “Impact4Art” allocates more than €2.8 million to invest in innovative enterprises with economically sustainable business models capable of generating social and/or cultural impact. The fund supports initiatives both in the seed stage (newly established entities or those in the process of being founded) and in the scale-up stage (already established organizations seeking further growth).
Impact4coop
